Fourth Echelon had a pilot who flew the C-147B Paladin during the Blacklist operations. After Majid Sadiq subverted the plane, he hit his head and was knocked out, requiring Andriy Kobin to replace him. He had a light concussion but soon returned to duty. Shortly after, when President Patricia Caldwell ordered Fourth Echelon to return to base, lead agent Sam Fisher ordered the team to go to Site F. The pilot refused, and Fisher had him relieved of duty and replaced with Kobin.
