Thurwell was usually very deeply involved in various supernatural problems and issues. He was working together with a number of mystic groups and monster hunters, including the Mystic Six, Dr. DeLusignan’s Great White Hunters and the Esoteric Order of St. Michael, and used his position in the Atlantic Heritage Society to give them the option to use it as a cover and liaison place.
