The Lancer Elite is a 3rd-tier class introduced in Valkyria Chronicles 2. They can be promoted from Lancer Veterans as part of the Lancer Class Tree. They wield more powerful advanced anti-tank lances. Due to their limited mobility and their powerful lances, lancer elites tend to take tanks head-on instead of going for the radiators, this is further emphasized by the fact Lancer Elites often get the Max Vs Armour potential that allows 1 hit kills to all but the heaviest of enemy armor.
