The Corp was originally founded during the Cold War, when a superhuman invasion by the Russians was a real threat. Under Eisenhower the Corp got its start and began training with past Super Heroes to combat the threat. The Corp was made up of young men eager to serve their country many just had turned eighteen, sworn to secrecy they began the rigorous training that would ensure them ready to combat the most dangerous Superhumans.
