Tsi Uchi was the Oriole Clan estate in the Imperial City Toshi Ranbo, within the Kurai District. It was granted to Tsi Zutaka by the Emperor Toturi III in the year 1168. It housed the immediate family of the Oriole Clan Champion, the "House of the Tsi" seemed more of a merchant house than a grand estate. Its coloration was drab, with a strong tendency toward a militant style of decoration, and many rock gardens. Plans were underway for a larger castle to be built once need arises. The Champion's private rooms contained an elaborate shrine to the Fortune of Steel, Xing Guo. The house was organized with aesthetics in mind, rather than protection.
