Roeas is one of the Generals of the Conqueror's army, said to come from a small village called Veyriel. She is only seen once without Castanea at her side. She utilizes her beautiful looks and voice, and acts as the ambassador of Conqueror's Army. Her sadistic nature is revealed on the battlefield as she is prone to bouts of menacing behavior.
