Shiori Tatsubaki is a lively young kunoichi from Konohagakure. Shiori is an adopted member of the Tatsubaki Clan, and ninja clan in Konoha that is well known for its skill with kenjutsu. Shiori is something of an oddity within her very traditional clan. In fact many would argue that she's simply odd. Her hyperactivity, aggressive affection and number of other eccentricities have caused many to view her as being somewhat crazy. In spite of her decidedly un-ninjalike demeanor Shiori is a skilled combatant, and a doggedly loyal comrade to her teammates Jiraiya Uzumaki and Bakuran Akahiro.
