Heavy Duty is helping seal off the destroyed Golden Gate Bridge just as a second explosion blows another hole in the bridge right near him. On the other end of the explosion is Major Bludd, secured in Alcatraz Island with a computer expert named Pluto who is controlling these explosions by remote. Duke is standing by as a Cobra operative watching all of the destruction. At The Pit, Dataframe is furiously fighting a virus that has taken control of G.I. Joe's main computer. Pluto is responsible for this action, also. Hawk orders Dataframe to fix it but he can't.
