Osmulski was a Silesian citizen and an officer of the Silesian Confederate Navy. Holding the rank of Lieutenant, he served as Commodore Mieczyslaw Teschendorff's flag lieutenant aboard the heavy cruiser SCNS Feliksá. He was brown-haired. (HHA5.3: LD)
