Snowball Pests are players who will hang around in one area (usually varrock) and pelt any passing players with snowballs frequently. Although they cannot be reported under the rules of conduct, they can be very annoying and lead to a lot of arguments. Snowball Pests started at the release of the 2007 Christmas event. All players who received a snow globe would have an unlimited supply of snowballs. Many players would then start snowball fights or just pelt random players. Since 2008 Snowball Pests have become less common, however a few can still be seen in places such as Falador and Varrock.
