It inspires ALF to jump a freight train himself. Willie jumps on after him and meets a hobo named Gravel Gus, who tells him of his friends Cesspool Steve, Litchfield, and Flatcar. Gravel Gus jumps off the train when he sees ALF, thinking that he is a loose kangaroo. "Boxcar Willie" was also the stage name of the coutnry music star Lecil Travis Martin.
