40Pirate is one of the founding members of the Federation of Armed Nations (FAN). He has served multiple terms in FAN's Congress, also as Deputy Director of Death & Destruction and as an Ambassador to LUE and FCC. 40Pirate is best described with cliche, "No better friend, no worse enemy". He is always willing to share a drop of rum but will bury his blade without compunction.
