Jean MacCurdy is an American programming director. She was placed in charge of productions at Hanna-Barbera, with Jayne Barbera, from 1983-1989, becoming president of Warner Bros. Animation, working again with the likes of Tom Ruegger on Tiny Toon Adventures and Batman: The Animated Series. When Time Warner and Turner Broadcasting merged in 1996, MacCurdy in authority over both studios until Hanna-Barbera was absorbed completely into WBA after the death of co-founder, William Hanna. MacCurdy left at the time as well, with Sander Schwartz succeeding her.
