The Grand Strategic Council was composed of: the Space Marshal, Field Marshal, Battle Marshal, Fleet Marshal, Group Marshal and Marshal. The members of the council including General Sontar survived over 600 successful battles. (PROSE: The Empire of Glass) In the 30th century, the Council sent Field Major Styre to Earth, in order to assess experiments on human specimen.
