Turn it off (if not already), and use a blowdryer to dry it off. If that doesn't work, then "i dunno." Place the phone in a tub filled with a dessicant such as dry rice or salt. This will draw the fluid from within the phone. Leave it for as long as possible (days, or as long as you can resist) before turning it on.
