Kam Hantra is a ghost trainee. Sarco Angelini assigned him to provide the illegal narcotic hab to drug-addicted fellow student Lio Travski, as part of a test of the effects of drugs on psionic abilities. Hantra eventually cut off Travski's supply, claiming a senator's visit to Canis (his alleged supply zone) had increased security to the point that he couldn't provide him with any hab in the short term. Travski was frustrated to the point of grabbing Hantra's shirt and pushing him up against a wall.
