The Halifax-class frigate is a diesel-powered frigate designed by Irving Marine Corporation for the New Quebec navy. Following the Vinsalian Conflict, J Andres and New Quebec entered into an agreement to purchase warships from each other, and the Halifax-class frigate was also sold to J Andres.
