Blueboy was an inmate in Butcher Bay Correctional Facility Single-Max area and member of Blueskins. He has a blue tattoo on his face. Blueboy gives Riddick fresh new pack of cigarettes, as a show of respect after Riddick had killed Rust. It's unknown why exactly Riddick killed him, but he did.
