The Fire and Rescue Grand Prix is a competition held in the Johto region. It is an annual test to see if the trainer and the Pokémon can work together as a firefighting team. The first round is to put out the fire in a burning building, the second round is to climb the rope and grab the flag, and the third round is to rescue a dummy from the burning house as well as putting it out.
