Covenant Empire are one of the main antagonistic factions in Halo: Bloody War, the others being Forerunner and Flood. It was a theocratic hegemony made up of multiple alien races that maintained control over a large portion of the Orion Arm in the Milky Way galaxy. It was a political, religious and military alliance, originally an alliance between the Prophets and Elites. Although other species joined and was devoted in the worshipping of the Forerunners and the Halo Array.
