King Renu was the ruler of Nefarious. An amoral and cunning man, he was seen as both a villain and a hero by contemporaries due to his self-serving nature. Renu perished during the Cardian War and because he had left no known legitimately recognized heirs, his kingdom ended up in a brief civil war until Sydney Losstarot and his Mullencamp cult seized power and renamed Nefarious as Lea Monde. Renu also possessed a magical dagger which could leech lifeforce from people, and this weapon became known as the Dagger of Renu.
