Kenna Riley was a subdominant verkulak sage, IAR researcher, and RIA agent. Her first assignment for the Pioneer Project in March 501 sent her to Manhattan Colony, where she and the other passengers of the Hypnos were hunted and captured by Fratrum Procella huntsmen and cybernetically-enhanced dogs, interrogated and brainwashed. Following this assignment, Kenna was "recruited" by the RIA. In a misguided attempt to defeat the demon of Levi Circle, Kenna and Charlie Banks summoned Lucifuge (the Devil). Lucifuge happily absorbed the demon, and then killed everyone else present who fought him.
