Plasma Leek Soup was a planned new addition to USS Voyager's menu made by their new chef, Crewman Chell in 2378, who took over Voyager's galley when the ship's resident cook, Neelix, departed Voyager earlier in the year. However, Voyager returned to the Alpha Quadrant a few days later before this new entry could be implemented. (VOY: "Endgame")
