Look on the beach to the southwest of Karuk, south of the graveyard. He's fighting off a Riplash Myrmidon. Save him and then pick up his quest before he gets killed although he respawns decently quick. If you're having trouble finding him look for the following yells: * [[Skadir Longboatsman yells: Send in the next pair of prisoners, let them fight to see who lives! * Skadir Longboatsman yells: You may have survived for our amusement, but now, you shall die at our hands!
