In 2013, Kelly is an abusive women's basketball coach at Middle Delaware University, a parody of Rutgers University coach Mike Rice. She berates players and physical abuses them. In 2014, Kelly has recently been elected to Congress and threatens a reporter, a parody of Congressman Michael Grimm. She then attacks a bystander and two police officers before stealing the police car and fleeing.
