The USS Libreville-B is a Federation Charles Albanel-class frigate, and is the third Federation ship to bear the name Libreville. During the ship's first month-long exploration mission, the Libreville was temporally commanded by Captain Colin Davis, as with the other four ships of the class in attempt to detect flaws in the design using senior commanding officers.
