Grantville Fine Foods is a restaurant owned by German Fritz Shuler, who had researched up-time dining before opening his establishment. Initially, business didn't flourish before the owner set up to provide an authentic West Virginia dining experience, which included catfish, Kentucky style chicken, and beef grilled to order, on top of a full menu. However, this didn't catch on until someone finally explained the difference between fast food and fine food.
