The period of time known as The Recovery is an important event in the development and continuation of the Telian civilization, of Telios Prime. It was during this time period that documentation and knowledge that existed before the Cataclysm was discovered by members of the Heroes of the Recovery, and eventually shared with the survivors of this disaster. This effort was pivotal in the survival of the Telian civilization and eventually led to the development of a planetary government that exists to this day.
