Fei-Hong Huang is the father of Fang Fang Huang and Ling Ling Huang and the husband of Ten-Ten Huang. He is the head of the Huang Family and the great-grandson of Touhou Fuhai, one of the Three Dark Lords. He debuts in Rosario + Vampire II Chapter 028.
