Remi Noah is a very minor character in Valkyria Chronicles 2 and was mentioned only in the Lotte Insider. He was the class chair of Class D and apparently had a crush on Juliana Everhart. During the Gallian Civil War, since Class D disbanded and absorbed into Class A and Class B, Remi became a member of Class A until the war ended.
