The Government of Bantia is a Constitutional Democracy which is run by A Magic Council like the one in Fiore, Natsu's homeland in Earth Land. The Monarchy is a Kingdom which is a Royal Family they help run the Parlament of the country to approve the desicions of the Magic Council in charge. Accoriding to The Royal Family the council wanted to have desicions to prevent them from ending up like Fiore after hearing Natsu's backstory. Before it was an Millitary Empire ruled by an Emperor before the Corruption of the Emperor by Prime Minister Roogoo.
