There are several official art books on the Kingdom Hearts franchise available, most of them cover CG and illustration artworks by Tetsuya Nomura and in one case of Shiro Amano, who illustrates the novels, mangas and calendars. The demand of the books varies, some only offer art with little information about design decisions and development while other are full fleshed out companion guides like the Kingdom Hearts II Ultimania Alpha. Additionally the Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Special Edition contains a small sized art book with exclusive image material.
