Nanci Chambers (born on October 1, 1963) is a Canadian-American actress who was born in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada). She is perhaps best known for her role as the ambitious Lieutenant "Loren Singer" on the television series JAG. Chambers married David James Elliott, a fellow Canadian in 1992. They both starred in JAG with her appearing as an assasin in Season 2 and as Loren Singer from Season 5 onwards. Both are now United States citizens. They have two children, a daughter Stephanie (b. 1993) and son Wyatt (b. 2003).
