Philip Francis Reichardt was a Federation Starfleet officer on active duty in the 23rd century. Reichardt was born on Izar to Cassius Reichardt and Catherine (née Okazaki) Reichardt in 2224. In 2268, he was executive officer of the USS Avenger, reporting to Captain Melissa Sturdevant. (Star Trek: Avenger: "Reaching Taurus") Raymond Jellicho succeeded him as exec.
