Running Shoes will give the player the ability to run and move approximately twice as fast as when walking. Unlike in the main series of games, the Running Shoes in Zeta & Omicron do not attract the attention of trainers whose gaze is not fixed in one direction. They also do not appear in the player's bag despite being obtained in a Pokéball sitting on the ground. To use the Running Shoes with the default controls press "Z", to toggle running on/off press "S".
