Pronounced Tar-pay-ians The Tarrpaians are an even more advanced race than the Carrpaians. It is believed that the Tarrpaians hail from a parallel universe known as Nu 3. The galaxy was first introduced to the Tarrpaians by the Carrpaians. Once the Tarrpaians existence was revealed to the Citadel, the Council blamed them for the creation of the Reapers. The reason being because, when the Tarrpaians arrived in this universe, they brought with them an army of hyper advanced machines to protect the universe from those who would pose a threat to the Tarrpaians.
