This enemy launches an ice needle into the air and slows down characters. They are a real nuisance since these will kill the characters quickly. Since they're weak against Ice - their own type, have a character wield an Ice type weapon to dispose of them quickly, along with other characters using their respective weapon types to the other stickmen that will attack them as well. A Freeze type weapon is also useful, as it can completely stop this enemy from moving, as opposed to the others.
