- Lucifer Lucifer was an IL Series Droid of the Cylons. He was the assistant to Baltar and was second-in-command of Baltar's Basestar. Lucifer was very dedicated to the Cylon Empire and took command of the Basestar when Baltar surrendered. Although Baltar was interested in what other IL Droids offered, Lucifer was completely against using the aid of the IL droid Specter. He was right when Specter failed Baltar.
