Personal spells can only be cast on the caster. It is noteworthy that even though Personal spells have a range of 0 meters, the range is possibly important for crafting (or times the spell should be cast on an item on the ground) since this means they must stand over it for the spell to be cast. All personal range spells should not allow any other targets to be selected anyway.
