Cody Garrett Runnels (born June 30, 1985), better known under the ring names Cody Rhodes or Stardust, is an American professional wrestler and actor. He portrayed Derek Sampson in the fifth season Arrow episode, "A Matter of Trust". He will return in "Honor Thy Fathers".
