The Pickards Field Federation was made after the incorporation of another territory east of the current Pickards Field colony of Scotannaea. This territory was known as Pickards Small Field, however the new introduction of this colony and the abolishment of other colonies meant that there were 2 dependencies named Pickards Field only to be seperated by a road which is based in the United Kingdom. So the Scotan government decided to grant these new territories an autonomous government to which the laws of Scotannaea are still practised but immigration laws and leaders of the federation can be created in their own elections.
