Phillip Hillenbrand is a Human located at the Hero's Rest Inn in Stormshield. He can be seen talking to Stephen Hicklin. As stated in his dialogue, he works with Harrison Jones as an excavator, and is afraid of returning to the site because of aggressive Ogres and the possibility of it being haunted.
