Baby Doll was a villainess in Batman: The Animated Series. She first appeared in the episode, "Baby Doll". After her first appearance, she was used a few times in other B:TAS episodes (Most predominately in the episode "Love is a Croc"), but has yet to make a major appearance in any of the comics or other Batman media.
