Day Kimball (1897 - 29 April 1955) was an American-born lawyer and local politician. He was the eldest son of Marcus Morton Kimball and Jeannie Lawrence Perkins of Pomfret, Connecticut. He moved to England where he studied law at Gray's Inn, as did his brother, Lawrence Kimball, later a Conservative Party MP. He was called to the bar and became a King's Counsel. In 1928 he acted as counsel for the two naval officers accused in the Royal Oak Mutiny court martial. From 1937-40 he was a Municipal Reform Party member of the London County Council representing Islington East.
