Blastails were predatory felines that could be found on most levels of Kashyyyk's multilayered forests. Pollen would stick to the fuzzy bulb on their tail, and as they moved about the forest, they would cross-pollinate the flora of their world. Blastails carried infectious diseases, even ones that were able to infect a healthy full-grown Wookiee. They can shoot these infections through spores on their tip of their tail, usually for defensive purposes in order to escape harm.
