Oradinar is an Outcast living on the fourth level of the Abyss in Ultima Underworld I, who has specialised in fishing. Oradinar told the Avatar that he generally tried to avoid trouble, thus living a safe life. He preferred a safe life at his fishing grounds to any kind of excitement. He told the Avatar of where to find a pond that was especially rich with fish, and even offered the hero his spare fishing rod as a sign of goodwill. The advice proved important in order to get enough Fish for barter. Later, he was rescued by Garamon, when the volcano erupted.
