Unrelenting Phalanx is a legendary crusader shield in Diablo III, added in Patch 2.1. It requires character level 70 to drop. The unique affix causes Phalanx to be cast twice, either with a brief delay between the invocations (for runes except Bowmen and Bodyguard) or at once. The total cooldown and Wrath cost do not change. Essentially it either creates two waves, or summons twice as many Avatars of the Order. It rolls with 5 Primary affixes.
