Nador Lahal is a Hylian Foreign Affairs officer. His office is located in Building 003 of the Foreign Affairs District. He, like many others in his profession, are very organized and very bent on following protocol, so much so that they'll often blindly accept a loophole. He is the officer that gave the party the immunity for the Stallord, granted the Stallord keep his word.
