At the hospital the doctor informs Steph, Marlon and Zak that Alan is conscious after his fall. Steph is nervous as she visits her father but secretly relieved when he admits that he can’t remember much about the accident. Alan is later brought home and Steph tells her father she’ll look after him because it’s her duty but that she hasn't forgotten his cruel words.
