The Mist-O'-Machine is one of the objects that didn't appear in The Sims 2 but is in The MySims 2 (the other one being the Love Bed). This object is used to make lots scarier with mist. All you have to do is buy it from the Buy Mode and place it on a lot. Then, make a sim use it. The settings are Spooky, Spookier, and Spookiest. You can check and change its setting by clicking the Mist-O'-Meter option once you click the object. This object can be placed on both residential and community lots.
